To anonymise a user's data on Assemble:
End all of the user's roles.
The user must first be made inactive before proceeding.
Click Other, found at the top of the page.
Click Request anonymisation.
Enter your password to continue.
Click Request anonymisation.
This process will then run overnight and scrub a user's record of all personal data.
This requires an administrator with Superuser permission.
📌 Note: This will also happen automatically to inactive user records following your organisation's data protection settings.
