What's new
Shareable Page Links in Access Evo
You can now copy a direct page URL for tasks, news articles and documents within Access Evo. This makes it easy to share a link with a colleague, include it in a news article, or paste it into an email. No more navigating back through menus – simply copy the link and share it wherever you need to.
Automatic Provisioning for our new Recruitment Dashboard in Access Evo
We can now automatically give you the Recruitment Dashboard that we’ve created in Access Evo at the same time that we move you over. The is the final part of the work for the Recruitment Dashboard which is designed to enable you to see all of your data at a high level then giving you the ability to filter down into areas in your team structure that you’re interested in.
Fixes
Links Panel Scroll Bar
We have resolved an issue where some volunteers were unable to see all of their links in the Links panel. A scroll bar was introduced in a previous release, but it was not visible on certain devices – particularly mobile, laptop and tablet browsers – meaning only the first three or four links were accessible. The scroll bar now displays correctly across all devices and browsers, so all links are visible and usable.
Event Location Web Links
We have fixed an issue where clicking on a web link in the event location field did not open the page. The link could be copied but not clicked through directly. This has now been corrected, and clicking a location web link will open it in your browser as expected.
How this version will be made available
Training (staging) release: 25 March 2026
Live (production) release: 1 April 2026
📌 Note: We push releases in the late afternoon or evening to minimise any impact on users whilst changes are applied so you will normally see the updates on the following day.
