This is our second mobile release, and it's all about giving volunteers ownership of their own information.

From the app, they can now view and update their personal details, emergency contacts, skills and interests, diversity information, and profile image. They can also access their full training catalogue, change their password, and contact their role manager directly. We've also introduced the Resources feature, where volunteers can view links you've shared with them and send messages directly to your team, with documents and expenses coming soon.

Our next drop is the engine room of Assemble — activities, exploring available tasks, rotas and events, and the ability to capture the data that shows just how valuable your volunteers are. We're aiming for November, and we'll be in touch with branded app customers ahead of that release, as we believe this will be the moment many of you make the move from the old app to the new. We can't wait to see you using it. A huge thank you to every customer who gave up their time to be part of the research that made this possible.

Volunteers can now browse and access the full training catalogue directly from the mobile app, making it easy to discover and complete training on the go.

Volunteers can now change their password directly from the mobile app, removing the need to use a desktop browser for account security updates.

The Resources feature is now available in the mobile app, giving volunteers access to links shared by their organisation and a way to send messages directly to their team, all from their device.

When replying to or forwarding messages in the mobile app, quoted message content is now clearly formatted, making conversations easier to follow and respond to.
