Your organisation assigns training to role profiles, so you'll only see a list of training associated with your roles within User Details, under Training.

Each course appears as a tile in the Required training modules section or the Optional section. You'll get notifications in Assemble when you've got training to complete.

The order of the tiles is simply the order in which your organisation added the training requirements to your role.

Where a training module is associated with an online course, the E-Learn tag appears on the training tile. The tiles also tell you whether the course is completed. Some training requires you to repeat or update it every year or couple of years. This also appears on the tile, telling you when it expires.
When you click an online training course, it takes you directly to the required course in your organisation's learning supplier. Once you've completed the training, it sends back the completion information to Assemble for you, which automatically updates the training status for that course with the date you completed it.

π Note: Your training completion status may not update instantly, so don't worry if you don't see that happening. Log into Assemble again the next day to see the updated status.
Online training automatically shows the latest date you completed the course, regardless of whether this was the first time or a refresher course. However, your manager can manually set or change a completion date against a course, or clear it out completely.

Only your manager can record the completion date for training that is online. They may ask you to read a document, watch a video or shadow another volunteer. Your organisation arranges all of this and they'll let you know what you need to do.
