Training reminder notifications are only sent out for compulsory training modules.
Training modules can have either or both a completion period and a renewal period:
When a completion period is set on the module within the settings there is a notification 7 days before the due date if the training has not been completed.
When a renewal period is set on the module within the settings there is a notification 30 days before the training expires.
These notifications will go to the manager and the volunteer.
To turn off training reminders you must remove the Completion or Renewal period from the training modules.
